Who is Puggle?

We are a family owned business, based in Melbourne. We have a beautiful  daughter who is our inspiration for everything that we do. All of our products have been carefully designed to make mum's and dad's lives a little bit easier.

What postal service does Puggle use?

We use a courier service to ensure a fast delivery to you. The order is usually picked up the next business day after it has been processed. It is then usually delivered within two business days after that. This may vary for regional and more remote parts of Australia.

Can I use a P.O. BOX?

Yes you can, however our courier service does not ship to P.O. boxes so we will need to use Australia Post. If it is possible, please enter a street address so that we can get you your order faster 😊

What is the processing time?

1-2 business days.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Courier Service: Generally two to three business day after it has been picked up. This time may vary depending on your location in Australia and any unforeseen circumstances that may occur.

Australia Post (P.O. Box): Two to five business days to Eastern States and five to eight days to Western Australia.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, you can select this option at the checkout

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, you will receive the tracking information via email and/or Facebook Messenger, depending on what information you have provided in the checkout.

What if the product I want is sold out?

There will be a button on the product page which will let us know that you would like to be contacted when we are back in stock. 

What if there is a problem with my order?

We offer a 90 day money back guarantee, so you can shop with full confidence. Please contact us at nathan@lovepuggle.net with any issues. We will be more than happy to assist you and ensure that you are happy with your product.
